A Easy and delicious meatloaf using our FIRE BBQ sauce.
This is not your momma's meatloaf. Meatloaf gets a bad name, but not anymore! Wild Buff has created a SPICY alternative that is great for backyard BBQ.
Typically Meatloaf is a dish of ground meat that has been combined with other ingredients and formed into the shape of a loaf, then baked (recipe below) or smoked (we like it smoked). The final shape is either hand-formed on a baking tray, or pan-formed by cooking it in a loaf pan.
