We are a Colorado Proud company. Wild Buff BBQ founder Mike Cook was Born in South Carolina so it's no surprise that BIG Mike Cook has always been passionate about BBQ it in his name and blood.
His Gramma Taught him the importance of Smoke, How to Use Spice, and How to Create the Perfect Bark. But Most Importantly, When It Comes to Sauce:

Over the years, Wild Buff has put his heart and soul into mastering traditional Southern BBQ sauce that is infused with Southwestern flavors. That has truly evolved in to a TRUE COLORADO BBQ Style The result, Wild Buff BBQ the original Colorado Style BBQ.
As Wild Buff Continues to evolve the Colorado BBQ style it was apparent that our tables are in use of sauce and some heat! So we developed a TABLE Sauce in March 2020 and launched out HOT TABLE Sauce (WILD GREEN) with a Green and Red. This was well received by Coloradans and coast to coast as a. true Table Sauce for Breakfast Lunch and Dinner the whole family can enjoy!

We handcraft our BBQ Sauces with vine ripened tomatoes, peppers and infuse with spices that capture the essence of the Southwest. Clean ingredients, no artificial flavors, colors or sweeteners, gluten and GMO free.
Our popular and growing Hot Table Sauce are approachable and versatile sauces that put flavor first spicy second. Real flavor starts with the real ingredients. We handcraft our sauces with vine ripened jalapeños, whiskey barrel smoked peppercorns, and infuse with citrus, green chiles and a kiss of habanero pepper.
