WILD BUFF TROPIC Grilled Meatballs are a deliciously sweet and savory combo… and even better on the grill! They combine homemade beef meatballs with fresh pineapple, peppers, and red onion in a Wild Buff Tropic BBQ glaze that everyone is sure to love!
Wild Buff
Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Beef (Ground Turkey or Bison) 
- 1/2 cup Italian Style Bread Crumbs 
- 3/4 teaspoon Salt 
- 1 tablespoon Dried Parsley 
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper 
- 1/2 cup Tropic BBQ sauce 
- 1 large Egg, slightly beaten 
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, bread crumbs, salt, parsley, black pepper, Tropic BBQ sauce and egg. 
- Mix until combined and form into 8 meatballs 
- Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes 
- Lightly oil grill and preheat to medium heat 
- Place 2 to 3 meatballs on wooden or metal skewers and place on hot grill. 
- Cook covered for about 10 to 12 minutes, turning every few minutes and cook until meatballs are brown 
- Slather remaining Tropic into a bowl as a dipping sauce and enjoy
